| Payments will be made in advance and any missed sessions will be charged. |

| I suggest that each therapy will need a minimum of 6 sessions and therefore payment can be made in instalments of two sessions in advance. |

| All sessions are confidential and any documents are kept securely locked in a filing cabinet. You can request to see your notes at any time. |
